What Are We Learning?
Reading: The children will be using a variety of reading schemes including Oxford Reading Tree and Bug Club books in class to develop their reading skills. They will also continue to learn their stage words, phonics and common words.
Writing: Children will use a combination of Tools for Writing, Nelson Spelling, Talk for Writing and Storyline to promote a love of writing and to develop skills throughout the school year.
Numeracy: In Numeracy in term 1 we are going to be focussing on Place Value, Data handling and the 4 operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
