The children, staff and families worked hard on Thursday for their School Grounds Development Day. Mrs MacMillan, Class Teacher, and the ECO team organised a day packed with events designed to improve the school grounds to ensure an appropriate learning environment for all of the learners. Raised beds for growing vegetables were built and created, and many plants planted in our beautiful new planters. The school grounds were tidied up and we have started to build some fun and exciting invitations to play!
We were lucky enough to be supported by local businesses, such as Davies Wood and Craigend Nursery, and the staff and children would like to extend our thanks to them, and the wider local community members that donated resources, and of course their time and effort, for the day.
