In Numeracy we have been learning about time. We have been revisiting the order of the days of the week and months of the year. We are currently focussing on 5 minute increments and converting time between digital and analogue.
In Literacy we have been identifying the rhyming patterns of poems and extending the poems with our own versions. We also enjoyed learning our Scottish poem for the X Factor, we thought it was very funny. We are currently learning about verbs, identifying them in pieces of text and discussing the importance of them in writing.
Primary 5/4 are also currently learning Arabic, we have been learning how to greet people. Through our topic we are going to research and learn about festivals from around the world, which we will be showcasing at the One World celebration.
